This can be a family member, close friend or even a partner or spouse. <\/p>\n<p>Early in our child development we need validation and acceptance from our caregivers to help us to develop a healthy sense of self and a strong identity. <\/p>\n<p>But sometimes we are born into situations where the main people who were &#8220;suppose&#8221; to be happy for you aren&#8217;t and it can leave you feeling unworthy, devastated and defeated.
