When you take control of your mind by catching, breaking, and replacing those negative thoughts, you fulfill those needs for yourself.<\/p>\n<p>All of this is from Chapter 4 in The High 5 Habit, which I\u2019m reading in this video. We start on page 59 if you want to follow along.
