However, even in unfortunate times, it&#8217;s possible to cultivate positivity and motivation and spread it to others! Doing this can change someone&#8217;s day or life.<\/p>\n<p>It&#8217;s important to surround ourselves with people who support us. Not everyone needs \u00abcheerleaders\u00bb so to speak, but we do want people who are on our side and encourage us when needed. If this is hard to find, then you can also find positivity in the media you consume. Watch positive videos, read inspirational books, or whatever you choose. Find someone or some group that inspires you to push forward. <\/p>\n<p>This is such a niche topic yet this small change in my life has radically changed the way I interact with people.
